Payment is required according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Where payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, your payment information is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making a purchase.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Any specific cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions displayed at the time of purchase form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those statutory rights continue to apply regardless of any other provision in these Terms.
A change of mind or failure to attend or participate does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund unless required by law or provided for in the applicable purchase conditions.
8. Live and Online Services
Where services are delivered online, you are responsible for having suitable internet access, equipment and software necessary to participate.
While we take reasonable steps to provide services as advertised, circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally require a session, event or service to be rescheduled, altered or delivered differently.
Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected participants and provide an appropriate alternative where reasonably possible.
9. Participant Conduct
We want Healing and Transformations to provide a respectful environment for everyone involved.
Participants must not engage in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, deliberately disruptive, harassing or otherwise inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a session, program, online space or service where their behaviour materially affects the safety, privacy or experience of others.
Depending upon the circumstances, removal for serious or deliberate misconduct may not result in a refund, subject always to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our participants and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy requirements.
Participants attending group services must also respect the privacy of other participants.
Personal stories, experiences or identifying information shared by another participant must not be recorded, published, distributed or shared outside the group without that person's permission.
However, Healing and Transformations cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. You should therefore use your own judgment when deciding what personal information you wish to disclose in a group environment.
